We had just purchased a condo and we’re looking to replace all the floors prior to moving in. After doing some research, I came across this company and had briefly spoken with project manager Israel. They had provided the most reasonable quote so far, so I followed through with getting an on-site estimate. Israel was very honest, upfront, and friendly. He was very communicative throughout the whole project. There wasn’t a time that he didn’t make himself available for questions. The crew that he brought over to complete the work were excellent. I was the most of the days and I was able to observe them working. They were extremely hard working and you could see how much pride they take in their work. They wanted the end result to be as perfect as we did. And truly, the end result was better than we expected. This company was truly great to work with from the first day to the last day. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for dependability, communication, timeliness, fairly priced, and high quality work.

I used Dura Flooring through the Costco floor/carpet program. From my first phone call to the final follow-up call, this company was pleasant and professional. Prices were competitive -- not the cheapest but you also tend to get what you pay for -- and they worked with us to find a lower cost carpet (that we love as much as our first choice) when we needed to get to a lower total spend. They did a whole 2-story house in TWO days, and were communicative about what they were doing and how they would do our bedroom first so we could sleep there without missing a night in our home. The new carpeting looks amazing -- like being in a new home! But the most important part of the whole process was that I felt that I could trust everyone, from our account rep Jose to the installers. A shoutout to Vanessa Gonzalez who was the first person I spoke with and instantly made me feel comfortable with this company. And Jose was great throughout the process -- and patient as we decided on cost, carpet color/style, etc. Highly recommend these guys. The huge number of 5-star reviews were a factor in my decision. And now I'm adding another 5-star review!

From consultation to installation, Jose provided us with excellent service. He arrived on time with samples in hand. His team moved our heavy office furniture as well as computer equipment. Accommodating our staff during working hours without causing any business interruption. The project finished ahead of schedule and the quoted price never changed. I was searching for a well-priced (aka: low price), high-quality, single plank with attached underlayment, light brown wood tone with just the right amount of texture, not too shiny, waterproof vinyl floor for a Flip house. I'd been to a number of places and hadn't found flooring that met all the criteria. While driving by, saw the Dura sign and pulled in. Kathy was super friendly, even after I read off my long list of requirements and told her not to show me anything over $1.99 (that was in March before all the manufacturers raised their prices). She happily showed me a few options that met my criteria, explained the difference (offered stock items with no re-stocking fee) and slightly cheaper flooring (which are special ordered and therefore their vendors charge restocking fee). I purchased a stock floor and trim pieces. It installed easily and looks terrific. They took back the 2 unopened boxes and gave me a credit. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I'm already planning to purchase more flooring and can conveniently place the order with Kathy over the phone. They also have installers and I would bet, they only have the best people installing flooring and carpet for them.

Great experience with Dura flooring. I worked with Mel and he was exceptional! The store had a large selection of flooring and they do their best to answer all your questions. Mel was great from the start to finish. He was patient and made sure we got our floors in a timely manner. He made calls and went out of his way to confirm our shipments. Mel was amazing!
